Cataract Specialty as the hospital's signature and core discipline, is led by a senior expert, the former head of the Cataract Specialty of Southwest Hospital. The department is proficient in and routinely provides comprehensive surgical services, including small incision ultrasound phacoemulsification/non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery, foldable artificial lens implantation, extracapsular cataract extraction, I/II-stage artificial lens implantation, and advanced trifocal, multifocal astigmatism, and regional refractive multifocal lens implantation, as well as micro-incision refractive cataract surgery. Our medical team not only has rich clinical experience and outstanding academic achievements, but also actively fulfills its social responsibility by often bringing light and hope to poor cataract patients.
